Elliptical projections
Elliptical projection diffusers can be positioned either HORIZONTALLY or VERTICALLY.
Our 60° × 1° elliptical projection diffusers (i.e. 60° in width and 1° in length where 1° indicates the native lens) are normally used in wall washing, wall grazing and cove lighting applications, where the angle of the beam to be projected must increase on one axis only.
Projection without diffuser
Example with 15° lens.
Projection with Horizontal diffuser
Example with 15° lens, result 15°x60°.
Projection with Vertical diffuser
Example with 15° lens, result 60°x15°.
